    The nominations process will open in January 2025. 

  • How can I volunteer?

    The call for volunteers will open in January 2025. 

  • Will there be a speaker ready room?

    Yes, the speaker ready room will be on site to allow you to check for accuracy and make changes; it is strongly recommended that you visit the room 24 hours before your presentation.

  • Will the conference have an app?

    Yes, the conference app, along with instructions, will be available in April 2025. We encourage you to download and keep up with the latest updates while in Ocean City.

    Registration will open in February 2025. 

  • What are the rates, deadlines, and cancellation policies?

    Rates and deadlines will be posted in January 2025. 

Hotel

  • What is the conference hotel?

    All sessions, workshops, and events will be held at the Ashore Resort and Beach Club, located at 10100 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Md., 21842. 

  • What is the housing deadline?

    The housing deadline is April 4. After this date, the discounted rate will no longer be available; also, we cannot guarantee that a sleeping room will be available at the conference hotel.

Travel to Ocean City

  • Can I fly to the conference?

    Baltimore/Washington International and Philadelphia International airports are within a 3-hour drive by rental car. Salisbury/Ocean City Regional Airport is served by American Airlines. It is 30 minutes from Ocean City via US Route 50 and Rt. 90.
