How do I nominate an individual for the 2024 Community Action Vision and Value Awards?
The nominations deadline has passed. Join your colleagues on Thursday morning to celebrate the honorees during breakfast.
How can I volunteer?

Will there be a speaker ready room?
Yes, the speaker ready room will be on site to allow you to check for accuracy and make changes; it is strongly recommended that you visit the room 24 hours before your presentation.

Yes, the conference app, along with
instructions, will be available on April 8. We encourage you to
download and keep up with the latest updates while in Ocean City.

Hotel
What is the conference hotel?
All sessions, workshops, and events will be held at the Ashore Resort and Beach Club, located at 10100 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, Md., 21842.
What is the housing deadline?
The housing deadline is April 1. After this date, the discounted rate will no longer be available; also, we cannot guarantee that a sleeping room will be available at the conference hotel.
What does the hotel resort fee mean?
The daily resort fee of $35 will initially be charged; however, the fee will be waived upon arrival. Resort fees will be used for any additional nights. Attendees and guests of the MCAP conference will enjoy all hotel amenities without paying a resort fee. Be sure to check your bill before departure.

Can I fly to the conference?
Baltimore/Washington International and Philadelphia International airports are within a 3-hour drive by rental car. Salisbury/Ocean City Regional Airport is served by American Airlines. It is 30 minutes from Ocean City via US Route 50 and Rt. 90.
